Kaku: Tea and incense for your journey to inner peace.

At Kaku, we believe that tea and incense are sacred tools for spiritual growth and mindfulness. We offer the finest tea leaves and incense from Japan and the UK, so that you can experience the transformative power of these ancient traditions.

ABOUT US

At Kaku, we believe that tea, incense, and ceramics are more than just beverages, fragrances, and objects. They are tools for spiritual awakening and mindful awareness.

Our founder has been practicing meditation for several years and has always loved tea, incense, and ceramics. One day, while traveling in Japan and attending a proper tea ceremony, the instructor showed them a unique way to meditate. This experience inspired the creation of Kaku.

The Japanese word “Kaku” means “awakening” and “aware.” This is the essence of our mission: to help people awaken to their inner peace and to become more aware of the present moment.

We offer the finest tea leaves, incense, and ceramics from Japan and the UK. Our products are carefully selected to enhance the meditative experience. We also offer a variety of resources on meditation and mindfulness, so that you can learn more about these ancient traditions and how to incorporate them into your daily life.

We believe that everyone deserves to experience the transformative power of tea, incense, and ceramics. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services, so that they can embark on their journey to spiritual awakening and mindful awareness.

How to Meditate with Tea and Incense

Here is a simple meditation practice that you can do with tea and incense:

  1. Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
  2. Sit in a comfortable position, either on the floor or in a chair.
  3. Light a stick of incense and place it in front of you.
  4. Take a few deep breaths and close your eyes.
  5. Focus on the present moment. Notice the sensations of your breath, the feeling of your body, and the sounds around you.
  6. When your mind wanders, gently bring it back to the present moment.
  7. After a few minutes, brew a cup of tea.
  8. Mindfully sip your tea, paying attention to the taste, smell, and texture.
  9. Continue meditating for as long as you like.
  10. When you are finished, extinguish the incense and open your eyes.

This is just a basic meditation practice. You can experiment with different techniques and find what works best for you. The important thing is to be present and to focus on your breath.

We hope that you will enjoy using our tea, incense, and ceramics to support your meditation practice.
