To return an item, please follow these steps:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
Write “RETURN” on the outside of the package.

We will process your return and issue a refund within 5 business days of receiving the package.

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

Items that have been opened or used
Items that have been damaged by the customer
Items that are custom-made or personalized
Gift cards

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.
